• Qualify Leads: Ask relevant questions to understand the needs and preferences of customers and qualify them as potential leads.
• Provide Assistance: Offer assistance and guidance to customers throughout their buying journey, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
• Close Sales: Utilize persuasive techniques to encourage customers to make a purchase, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction process.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, nurturing leads and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Meet Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.
