This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive HR & Admin at Sanghvi Foods Private Limited in Dewas. He will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR and Admin. This includes overseeing employee relations, Time-Office, Attendance, implementing HR policies, Plant administration and handling various Admin functions.

Qualifications
• HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies skills
• Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, MSW, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
