Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive university guidance programme for students in the IB Diploma Programme years, to include: large and small group presentations and workshops, differentiated for post-secondary destinations and plans
• Ensure programming is culturally responsive and relevant to the context of each student
• Meet individually with students to support each of their post-secondary goals
• Collaborate with the IB Diploma and Middle Years Coordinator to inform course selection for students from the MYP in grade 10 to new students before arriving to the school in grade 11
