Description
A field service role with responsibility to perform assessment, monitoring, and management of pest activity to identify, prevent, and eliminate conditions that could promote or sustain a pest population.

Overall job purpose
To ensure all Key Account customers have an effective programme to manage the pest activity on their facility.
To intervene purposely to optimize service performance by providing timely reports using the Speed Reporter to generate information to the customer and the service team for timely intervention.
Assuring service quality through timely site Supervisor visits.
Providing good Reporting to customers
Ensure that monthly, quarterly and Half yearly and Field Biologist reports are completed for Key Account Customers.
Participate in meetings with Key Account customers.
Prepare monthly reports for submission to the Operations Manager.
