Citadel is seeking enterprising Production Manager for its Steel Building component factory in Kanjikode, Palakkad who will primarily focus on overseeing the production process and will coordinate all activities in the factory to ensure uninterrupted supply chain. Responsibilities:
• Coordination with peers and subordinates to formulate objectives and understand production requirements.
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
• Organize production workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor production to resolve issues and meet timelines.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, operators, etc.).
• Plan and determine the necessary resources at the optimum level (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
• Plan maintenance/breakdown work to keep nonproductive time at a minimum.
• Ensure quality standards are met in the final product.
