Roles and Responsibilities :
• Maintain stock control systems for accuracy and future planning of storage capacity.
• Responsible for supervising all warehouse activities and also support senior management with MIS.
• Maintained warehouse workflow and redesigned space for maximization of daily operations.
• Operational planning based on the required SLAs and accommodating any sale spike based on pre intimated Sales Plan.
• Major responsibilities included co-ordination with internal stake holders & service providers, Inventory accuracy management, co-ordination with tech-support teams in case of any issues in processing orders.
• Consult with management to clarify department priorities, identify problems, and suggest changes for improvement.
• Oversee the entire inventory processes including stock management and order fulfilment.
