Responsibilities

Purchasing (main job)

- Responsible for managing, planning, developing for whole purchasing activity of company in a cost-effective way, while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.

- Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.

- Manage vendor relationships and build up effective partnerships.

- Set out purchasing strategies to serve business needs in Vietnam market

- Sourcing new suppliers for purchased products and services to ensure smooth operation

- Modernize procurement process by digitalization works

- Dealing with suppliers, build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers

- Discuss and solve trouble when there is defective or unacceptable goods or services with users and supplier.
