Responsibilities

- Support and manage end user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, smart phones), infrastructure and applications.

- Manage systems and IT equipment at various sites.

- Provide first and second level technical support for end users.

- Managing and supporting all ITMS-related services.

- Supporting and participating in productivity programs.

- Communicate with customers both within IT and the Business, organize resources and complete tasks for Project related activities as assigned.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

- Good at English (Business level)

- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent through experience

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in general IT OR more than 3 years’ experience in IT Helpdesk & Support role
