Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Manage employee relations and facilitate training and development programs.
• Oversee HR administration, including payroll and compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Previous HR management experience, ideally in retail or fashion.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
