Job overview and responsibility

1. Fundraising and Financial Management:

- Lead fundraising activities, particularly in Series B rounds, ranging from $15-40 million USD.

- After securing funding, oversee financial management and investor relations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Manage relationships with investors, providing regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.

2. Strategic Financial Planning:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Participate in business strategy development, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.

3. Other tasks assigned by BoD

Required skills and experiences

- Minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in finance and accounting.

- Proven track record of successfully leading fundraising for Series B C rounds in the range of $15-40 million USD.
