• Working place: D.Capital Palace. Lieu Giai. Ba Dinh, Ha Noi

Responsibilities

- Cooperate with Consulting firm to create and register Labor Regulations.

- General HR operations: recruitment activities, joining procedures, social insurance registration, payroll calculation, PIT declaration, labor management for the two companies in TQ and YB.

- (if any) Cooperate with Accounting firm to manage daily transactions/monthly report for Wood pellet factory in YB. (Consultation required depending on ability)

•Prepare bank transaction.

•Collect documents and provide to Accounting firm for bookkeeping purpose/ Financial statement preparation.

•Cooperate with Accounting firm to finalize monthly report/ VAT Declaration/CIT Declaration/ PIT Declaration….

•Cooperate with Auditor and Tax Department.

•Give Accounting Advice to Management Team.

•Other Ad hoc work If any.

Qualifications

- Fluently in English and knowing Japanese is a plus.
