JOB DESCRIPTION

Recruit, Train and Manage independent sales agents to achieve company goals and objectives.

Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans to grow the agency community of the company.

Establishing strong business relationships with agents, clients and the company.

Communicate agency performance levels including areas of concern to management.

Develop action plans for improving agency performance.

Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market trends and competitors.

SALARY

Minimum of 2 years experience working in related role in the real estate, Insurance, or banking industry.
