Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR with a strong focus on payroll processing, compliance, ESI, and EPF management.

-Thorough knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including ESI, EPF, and other statutory compliance requirements.

-Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.

-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

-Certification in HR or payroll management will be an added advantage.

NOTE: Local candidates preferred with proficiency Tamil language
