Job Responsibilities:
• LAN Administrations. of 600 plus nodes on the Windows Domain environment
• Virtualizations VM-Exis, Veem / HA backup and recovery solutions
• Hardware Server Administrations /Configurations /Installations /Patch
• Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response
• Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken
• Management of Technical Support Team to provide efficient help desk services
• Vendor 3rd Party SLA administrations
• 24X07X365 Network Management & provisions of N.O.C service availability

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven industry working experience as a Network Manager (3 to 4 Years)
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field
• MCSE,CCNA, and Certification will be added advantages
