We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Welding Manager to join our fabrication industry in Thanjavur. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all welding operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing welding processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and coordinate welding activities within the fabrication facility, including but not limited to arc welding, MIG welding, TIG welding, and spot welding.
• Develop and implement welding procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
