Job Description:

Position : Senior HR Generalist (Heavy Engineering Manufacturing)

Experience : 5 to 10 Yrs

Salary : 20000 To 30000

Work Location : Tanjore, Tamil Nadu

Preferred : Immediate Joining

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to on boarding.

• Oversee employee relations, including performance management, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Provide HR support to all departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR domain, preferably within the Heavy Engineering Manufacturing industry

• A strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance

• Experience in the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
