Job Summary :

The basic function of the Store Manager is to oversee all operations essential for ensuring the efficient stocking, maintenance, and functioning of the storeroom. Collaborating closely with the receiving department, the Stores Manager ensures the timely and efficient transfer of goods, including food, beverages, and other essentials, to the appropriate storage locations in the hotel premises. Upholding high standards of professionalism is paramount in every aspect of managing the hotel's storeroom operations.

Duties & Responsibilities :
• Implement and maintain proper inventory management practices, including ensuring items are issued following FIFO.
