The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Key Job Responsibilities :
• Foster senior client relationships to drive business growth and elevate Kantar relationships above day-to-day solution delivery
• Competent at the interpretation of findings and development of study presentations and reports.
• Accountable for overall project success, profitability, and day-to-day client relationship management
• Playing an active role and contributing to the company's strategic goals
