Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Jamtara for a Livelihood professional at Jslps. As a Livelihood professional, you will be responsible for managing and implementing livelihood programs and projects. Your day-to-day tasks may include conducting assessments, providing technical support and training, developing livelihood strategies, monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, and coordinating with stakeholders to promote sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Qualifications
• Experience in livelihood development, rural development, or a related field
• Knowledge of livelihood strategies and approaches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of local context and community dynamics
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
