Main responsibilities:
• Ensure master data is properly uploaded and maintained and actions are taken to fix issues
• Design and develop strategic reports and analysis and prepare ad hoc reports
• Calculate and upload prices and support the improvement of the pricing process
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions
• Create parts in the system when new machines are phased in
• Develop and improve the master data process together with the other departments such as Product management, R&D, Purchasing, Spare parts specialists and Logistics.
• Find solution for items stuck in the MD flow and report structural issues in order to find a long-term fix
• Work hand in hand with all Distribution Centers and Construction category teams to ensure common goals are met
• Reply on requests for missing articles
• Participates in different projects in cooperation with other departments to improve the work with the data base.
