ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose/Objective
• Responsible for smooth operations in yard, rail & warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).
• Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs.
• Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
• Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
• Plan to utilise equipment optimally and its proper management.
• Rail Operational Safety
• Inter/Intra/External dept communication and relationships

Key responsibilities

· Maintaining and circulating Operation MIS on daily basis (Yard/Gate/Rail/DSO/EXIM).

· Matching of Physical and System Inventory.

· Monthly ICD Inventory.

· Working towards maintaining compliances as per Company policy and Govt. Authority

· Communications to S. Lines and Other stakeholders as required

· RST SLA and Breakdown
