• Assisting the general manager in the day-to-day operations of the resort.

• Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
• Ensuring smooth operations during peak periods and resolving any guest complaints or issues.
• Monitoring and managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborating with other managers to plan and execute events, promotions, and activities.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assisting with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
