Overall responsibilities and duties: The role of a Plant Maintenance Engineer is to oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment within our facility. They will ensure optimal functionality and reliability while adhering to safety guidelines and minimizing downtime, which involves
• o Performing routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the root cause of equipment failures .

The main missions of the role are:
• Knowledge of Siemens, Allen Bradley PLC, Scanner configuration.
• Accountable for Plant DLE, MTTR & MTBF improvement.
• Strong ITAF & ISO requirement knowledge, Good in Maintenance documentation.
• Responsible to implement FES system for Maintenance.
• Proficiency to solve repeat breakdowns through 8D, Why Analysis, Fish Bone diagram, Six sigma, QRCI methodology.
• Knowledge of Electrical wiring & panel circuit.
