Overall responsibilities and duties: The role of a Quality Assistant Engineer is to ensure compliance with standards. Developing and implementing quality control systems to ensure product and process compliance with customer and industry standards.
• Monitoring and analyzing product and process performance to identify areas of improvement.
• Developing and executing test plans and protocols to ensure product quality.
• Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Handling Andon system & able to quick analysis of problem.
• Must be aware of Calibration, why why analysis,
• Able to analyze top contributor monthly analysis.
