Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef at Scrolle located in Beirut. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible in overseeing the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. You will also collaborate with the culinary team to create and develop new recipes, ensure quality control, and provide training and guidance to junior staff members.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Good communication skills as its an open Kitchen position
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
