Product: LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans

Designation: Portfolio Manager or Deputy Manager

CTC (Cost to Company): Upto 12 LPA

Experience Required: 7+ years in SME (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) Loans

1. Loan Proposal Sourcing

- Source loan proposals for the SME department, focusing on Working Capital (WC) and Term Loans in the designated geographic area.

- Utilize various channels such as existing customers, cold calling, client visits, seminars, and trade fair visits to achieve budgeted targets.
