Client Name/Engagement: Leading US P&C Insurance
Purpose of the Role:
The Process Specialist will execute transactions according to prescribed guidelines and timelines, review and validate inputs from Process Executives, and support the team lead in training, daily reviews, and escalation resolution. The primary objective is to meet SLA targets for the specific process while adhering to Infosys guidelines, policies, and norms.
Job Description:
1. Transaction Execution:
- Attend to client transactions related to Insurance Underwriting Support.
- Verify basic information and resolve customer queries/issues as per defined SOP/parameters.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of the outcome of the transactions in the client’s account as per the prescribed format to meet quality standards.
