Dispatch & Logistics arrangement for Finished Goods 1. Plan daily dispatch as per the sales plan 2. Supervise delivery vehicle checking \xef\x82\xb7 For documentation such License, Vehicle insurance, Driver license, other RTO documentation \xef\x82\xb7 For quality of vehicle (Specially look for conditions which can damage the dispatch material) 3. Send Warehouse inventory to concerned as per Grade, quality, quantity. 4. Check dispatch documents against checklist 5. Check dispatch material is properly packed 6. Check labeling and required marking of the FG(Finished Goods) 7. Determine delivery route as per delivery schedule 8. Update on daily basis for the FG in transit 9. Confirm FG delivery with Sales 10.
