Hi, I'm Alana. I've been at this hospital, here in Providence, for 31 years now. [laughs] The favorite part about my team is just that we have such a variety of staff, of people who come from all different walks of nursing care, and they come together and learn a new way of doing things, teach us other things that we, you know, when you've been here so long, you need updated information sometimes, and so somebody comes along and helps you update all your stuff. We have a lot of OB nurses who learn some med-surg, not necessarily to take care of the med-surg patient all the time, but to help us out.
