Exciting Opportunity: We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new call center in Cancun, Mexico! We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of HR to lead our HR department in Mexico.

Role Responsibilities:
• Full management of the HR process from A to Z.
• Develop and implement high-quality hiring workflows for onboarding and offboarding.
• Design a scalable hiring system to manage over 100 candidates monthly.
• Oversee the training process for new employees.
• Ensure employee welfare and maximize potential.
• Hire and manage a team of 2-3 HR professionals.
• Report directly to the CEO.
