The Call Center CRM Manager and Department Coordinator is responsible for managing the customer relationship management (CRM) system operations, ensuring optimal performance . This role involves administering the CRM system, training agents, coordinating between the call center in Mexico and dispatch services in the USA, and building daily reports to track performance and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM database.
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze CRM metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Send leads to agents throughout the day to ensure efficient customer service and follow-up.

• Train agents on CRM best practices and system usage.
