ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMMUNITY MOBILIZER:
• Act as a bridge between the project and the community, ensuring community needs and concerns are heard appropriately.
• Organize and facilitate training session, workshops, and awareness campaigns to enhance the community’s knowledge, skills and capabilities regarding the project that could lead to increase in project participants.
• Coordinate the implementation of community projects, ensuring activities are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with objectives.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and evaluate the impact of community interventions to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Regularly engage students in recreational and creative activities.
• Contribute towards the overall functioning of the project as per assigned role.
