ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Appropriately select, organize and maintain library resources.
• Maintain records of library transactions and inventory management at the relevant assigned platform.
• Designing innovative and creative tools to foster reading among members.
• Cataloguing and keeping track of library resources, memberships and number of books borrowed by a person.
• Provide information literacy instructions and guidance to users on effective reading & experience, and research.
• Conducting read-aloud and reading fluency workshops.
• Identify technology needs and make recommendations.
• Assist library visitors in locating resources and conducting research.
• Organizing authors-meets, where children get to talk to renowned writers, budget monitoring, data mining and report writing, and documenting success stories.
