The Production Manager role is a senior level role responsible for managing the production of the Uberplast factory located at Sullurpet. The overall objective is to implement and maintain proper systems and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the factory with zero downtime, while maintaining overall quality and efficiency standards.

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage overall operations at Sullurpet factory including production, maintenance, quality and safety control and general administrative duties.

2. Proactively handle any production related concerns to ensure zero downtime at the factory.

3. Ensure production and quality control targets are consistently met.
