Continuous Improvement Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

Sustain plant Continuous Improvement with the application of Lean Manufacturing concept and tools

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Introduce overall the plant a Lean Culture based on visual management and waste elimination concept;

•Identification of opportunity for improvements through the implementation and monitoring of operational KPIs and creation of dashboards (e.g. production and logistic KPIs);

•Organization and optimization of workstations, lines and production areas according to Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools;

•Survey of man-machine times (use of cyclogram), determination of capacity;

•Balancing lines and departments, preparing workloads at workstations;
