Vending Technical Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage technical training for customers and Epta local entities

• in presence visiting customers across Europe

• implementing remote support via digital platforms

• implementing digital training as eLearning and video instructions
• Supporting customer technical department to integrate Epta’s solutions
• Supporting customer to manage warranty request and/or spare parts orders in our Portal
• Contribute to the customer satisfaction presenting Epta’s solutions (with focus in technical aspects and innovation)
• Collecting market information and customer’s needs
• Cooperate with the internal departments to improve Epta’s solutions based of customer’s needs
