Grow your career as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist within our Corporate HR Team. In this role you’ll be responsible for aligning the Compensation and Benefits program with the overall strategy and goals of the company, as well as keeping records and job descriptions updated; analyzing data on wages and salaries and the cost of benefits; determine market rates and design bonus programs.

A successful Compensation and Benefits Specialist will:
• Partner with managers and HR Team to evaluate and document jobs and ensure employees are classified into correct jobs and grades.
