Nextern is seeking a General Accountant who is a key member of finance and accounting department. This position will responsible for Executing reports, processing data in system, guidance, supervising and reviewing of accountant tasks and all aspects of the finance and accounting department. Reconciliation the warehouse figure with accounting book. Tax filing (CIT, FCT) and VAT refund.

REPONSIBILITIES:

System and Report
• Manage data of Cash, Bank, Fix Asset, materials, advance and accrual, prepaid expense into Epicor system
• Review and double check all the transactions input by accountant staff
• Posting commercial invoice in Epicor software and issue VAT invoice in electronic invoice system
• Monitoring the AR-AP, bank payment, reconcile with group balance comparison
• Reconcile and accrue monthly expenses
• Monthly allocate prepaid expenses and asset depreciation
• Update weekly cashflow report
• Coordinate with production to reconcile and post job closing
