Good Communication Skills

3+ years of experience in high volume and/or cinema, retail or restaurant operations at the supervisory levels

Roles and Responsibilities
• To ensure his responsibility areas are well equipped, operational and his team is provided with adequate tools. This includes:
• Cinema is clean
• All POS/ Equipment's are active
• Ensure BGM is ON
• Marketing collaterals in responsibility area are in place
• Conducting Pre-opening Audi check
• Responsible for improvement of Cinema Operations process and ensuring statutory Compliance adherence
• Brief his/her team member about the new releases / new marketing initiative & monitor its effectiveness
• Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
