Duties And Responsibilities
•  Management & Control of all office administration activities at the assigned location (s):
• Maintenance -Daily/Monthly & quarterly
• Housekeeping - Daily/Monthly & quarterly
• Security
• Facilities- Daily/Monthly & quarterly
• Periodic cleaning of office initiatives & disposal of scrap
• All arrangements related to local events like Birthday celebration, Confluence and other get-togethers
• Implementation of company policies, guidelines, rules & regulations related to office workings at the assigned locations.
• Adherence to office related statutory compliances and renewals within time
• AMC coordination and implementation at branch level
• Management of company assets & property
• Legal coordination as and when required
• Travel to locations in the assigned region as and when required.
• Supervision of the Admin Managers/ LCs
• Maintenance of the records / documents related to company assets & property
