We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive and professional first impression for all visitors, guests, and staff members.
What you’ll do:
• Ability to handle visitor inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere.
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing the appointment calendar.
• Distribute incoming mail and maintain office supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department and track their resolution.
• Provide general administrative support.
What you’ll need
• Minimum bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong communication skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
