Job Description

Manage the sales and distribution framework in the assigned area as per

Strategies, budgets and time frame work.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage team of TBM to launch and establish Ghai Homeo Remedies (GHR) Product range in assigned area.
• Establish and manage relationships with channel partners like

distributors / stockists/ dealers/ Pharmacies/ Institutions (Hospitals)/ Army, police, / etc.
• Establish relationship with associated business community as per strategy of organisation.
• Ensure implementation of marketing and communication by TBM in given budgets and time frame work.
• Ensure timely MIS/ reporting/ market research activities of self and team.
• Deliver sales and growth targets
• Ensure proper communication of year Trade Policy with all Business Associates by you and your TBMs.

Qualifications
• Graduate, preferably MBA in Marketing Management Executive: 3 to 5 years from Homoeopathy / Pharma Industry
