Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Chef located at Nathdwara. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing baked goods, such as cakes, pastries, bread, and desserts. This includes measuring and mixing ingredients, baking, decorating and ensuring consistency and quality of the final products.

Qualifications
• Degree or diploma from a Culinary School or equivalent experience
• Experience working as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Chef, or equivalent role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and principles, including handling pastry doughs, bread making, and decorating skills
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation principles
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
