Roles and Responsibilities
• Partner with Global sales teams and Solution Consultants to understand customer requirements, pain points and develop scalable and commercially viable technical solutions to solve the business problems.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor and technical liaison throughout the presales cycle
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements, roadmap planning, and solution development.
• Create detailed technical documentation to support proposal development, customer presentations, and solution design.
• Conduct pre-sales activities including solution presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
• Lead hands-on technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility and align with customer needs
