Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Vessel Loading Marshall at Connect Space. As a Vessel Loading Marshall, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of vessels at the designated port area. The primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and secure transport of vehicles by overseeing the lashing procedures before departure and inspecting lashing upon arrival at the destination port. The Loading Marshal will provide guidance to vessel drivers, ensuring compliance with loading protocols, and will actively participate in optimizing loading efficiency.
