• Administration
• Manage service delivery and the day-to-day operations of administrative transactional processes including staff and non-staff human resources servicing, stationery and uniform management and administration.
• Interact with HR service providers, such as background check companies and benefits providers, payments, ensuring smooth service delivery and addressing issues
• Control the factory cleaning to ensure it’s always in a good situation
• Manage Meals provided to employees and control the hygiene of meals and drink to ensure the employee’s health and safety
• Manage the transportation suppliers & arrange transportation daily to ensure the best service & convenience to all employees
• Control taxi cost and ensure it is under budget.
• Assist with overseas visitors/guests’ hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, visa, work permit for overseas employees, etc.
