Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning of rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
Address any maintenance issues or repair needs identified during inspections, and coordinate with maintenance staff for resolution.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and submit orders for replenishment as needed.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory levels.
Provide feedback and performance evaluations to housekeeping staff, and address any performance issues or concerns.
