We are currently seeking a HR Associate Manager for an on-site role based in Munich, Germany.

Assisting with different HR tasks and assisting with the organization's overall human capital management strategy will be your responsibility.

REPSONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the orientation programmes, paperwork, and introductions to corporate policies and procedures for newly hired employees
• Organize training and development initiatives to improve staff members' competencies
• Participate in the creation and execution of HR policies and processes
• Keep track of personnel records and make sure that company and regulatory regulations are followed
• Support inquiries into misconduct, harassment, or other compliance-related matters involving employees
• Help in conducting performance reviews and giving staff members feedback
