This opportunity is for individuals who are keen to understand what is Talent Acquisition, how it works, fostering positive candidate experience and understanding Financial Technology hiring. Throughout the duration of this 1-2 months assignment (subject to extension), you'll have a strong kickstart in your TA career or enrich your understanding about FinTech hiring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract candidates through various channels (Abgad Careers, LinkedIn, Job Boards and Social Media Networks)
• Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial assessments, review applications, and perform phone screenings to ensure candidates meet the basic requirements, in line with each position requirements
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, in line with the interview matrix
