• Responsible for all Talent Acquisition in relevant plants.
• Manages the recruitment process, candidates screening and selection process.
• Manages the Payroll process with coordination of Payroll and Controlling Supervisor for relevant plant keeping track of compensation & benefits related issues with the Payroll responsible.
• Responsible for all benefit file maintenance including enrolling and terminating process.
• Manages the implementation of HR policies and the distribution of announcements.
• Supervises that all HR administrative processes are being followed.
• Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
• Act as Business Partner with all department heads to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
• Act as Business Partner with all plant employees in proving daily HR guidance and support
